Shipping Options and Costs
We offer Standard Shipping, which typically takes 3 to 7 business days to deliver your order within India. We use reliable third-party carriers like India Post, FedEx, DHL, and DTDC. Please note that we are not responsible for the security or performance of these carriers and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions when using their services.
Shipping and Processing Time
We process and ship orders within 24 hours of receipt, except on weekends and public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's status on the carrier’s website.
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery time, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, accidents, or public events.
Delivery Address and Signature
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for any delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
Some products may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available, the carrier may leave a notice or attempt to deliver to a neighbor. It is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier to arrange redelivery or pickup. If you fail to receive or collect your package within a reasonable timeframe, it may be returned to us. In that case, we will notify you and issue a refund minus the shipping costs.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package is missing or damaged upon delivery, please contact us at komanradha@gmail.com within 24 hours, including your order number and a photo of the package. We will investigate and provide a solution as soon as possible, which may include one of the following options:

We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet these conditions or appear to be fraudulent.
Restrictions and Exclusions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, military bases, or non-residential addresses like hotels and hostels. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address for delivery.
You are responsible for complying with the customs laws and regulations of your destination country and for paying any import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to your order. We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by customs clearance.
